We are pleased to announce that 98% of our members now access their account online.
As more members are opting to use our online services, we are making some changes to our opening hours which will better suit the needs of our members who visit as well as the business overall.
The changes listed below will come into effect on Monday the 4th of September 2023.
Paisley will be open to visiting members on the following days –
Monday 10am-2pm
Tuesday 10am-2pm
Thursday 10am-2pm
Friday 10am-2pm
Our aim is to improve the efficiency of our office while ensuring that we provide our members with the best level of service.
We will no longer be closing through lunch and our member service team will be available from 10am – 2pm each weekday excluding Wednesday for all your membership needs and enquiries.
Many of our members are already taking advantage of our online services which you can access 24/7, if you haven’t already you can download our Mobile App using the links below.
