To make things easier for members in the lead-up to Christmas, we’re introducing a Thursday Loan Surgery at our Port Glasgow branch, starting Thursday 16 October.
We know that some members prefer to sit down and talk things through in person, especially when it comes to borrowing.
That’s why, for the next few weeks, one of our Loan Officers will be based in the branch every Thursday to help with applications, answer questions, and offer support.
When and who you’ll meet:
- Thu 16 Oct & Thu 23 Oct – Calum (Loan Officer)
- Thu 30 Oct & Thu 6 Nov – Natasha (Loan Officer)
Appointments are recommended so we can make things as smooth and quick as possible, but we’ll accommodate drop-ins if we can.
