My name is Laura Philips, and I have recently been working with Right Way Credit Union; however, I am also a 4th-year Accountancy student at the University of the West of Scotland.
As part of my studies and dissertation, I will be researching the performance of the credit union business model through the financial crisis.
I have created a questionnaire that I hope you can answer.
The questionnaire is voluntary and anonymous, and all data will be used for the study. It should take no longer than 5 minutes.
