At Right Way Credit Union, your opinion matters, and we are always looking for ways to improve our products, services and enhance your experience.
We know it’s a busy time of year but if you have a couple of minutes, we’d really appreciate you taking part in our ‘Member Feedback Survey’.
The survey should only take a couple of minutes to complete and covers topics like:
✅ What you value most about being a member
✅ New services you’d like to see
✅ How we can improve communication
If you complete the survey by 6th January, you’ll be entered into a £100 prize draw as our way of saying thank you!
Terms & Conditions for Member Feedback Survey Prize Draw
The survey is open only to members of Right Way Credit Union.
Staff members of Right Way Credit Union are not eligible to participate.
Entries must be submitted before the 6th of January 2025 to be eligible.
Members must complete the survey in full to qualify for the prize draw.
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
The winner will be contacted directly by a staff member during the week beginning 13th January 2025.
Only one entry per member will be accepted.
There will be one winner of a £100 prize
The winner’s name will be shared on Right Way Credit Union’s social media channels and website.
By participating, members agree to these terms and conditions.
Right Way Credit Union reserves the right to modify or cancel the prize draw if necessary.
