Important Update โ€“ Changing from Direct Debit to Standing Order for Loan Repayments

At Right Way Credit Union, we are committed to providing our members with the best possible service while making effective use of our resources.

From the 30th of November, we will no longer offer Direct Debit as a repayment option due to the rising costs involved in maintaining this service.

Moving away from Direct Debit also allows you, as a member, greater control over your loan payments, as Standing Orders can be managed directly through your online banking.

What You Need to Do

To make this transition smooth, weโ€™re asking members currently repaying via Direct Debit to switch over to a Standing Order by following these simple steps:

  1. Cancel your existing Direct Debit โ€“ This can be done through your online banking or by contacting your bank directly
  2. Set up a Standing Order using the details below –

Account โ€“ 06024875

Payment Reference โ€“ MEMBERSHIP NUMBER

You MUST use your membership number as the payment reference. You can find your membership number on the attached statement of account, and it must be your updated membership number.

Please make these changes before the 30th of November to prevent any delay in your loan repayments, as delayed payments may result in your account falling into arrears.
