The Credit Union’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) was scheduled to take place on the 18th of March 2020. Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 Pandemic and having to go into lockdown we had to cancel the meeting.
We have rescheduled the meeting and we will be now be holding the AGM via Zoom.
As a valued member of RWCU, we would like to invite you to our AGM on Tuesday 28th July at 4pm via Zoom.
The AGM is an opportunity for the membership to meet the Credit Union Officers and review the financial statements of the previous year.
If you are interested in attending, please email email@example.com to confirm your attendance. Once you have registered your attendance you will be emailed the Zoom meeting ID along with the password.
Motions for AGM –
Any motions proposed should be submitted to the Secretary TWO weeks prior to the meeting. Any motions proposed without sufficient notice may be rejected by the Chair and then accepted as notices of motion for the next meeting. Motions should be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org
During the meeting you will have access to the chat box where you can ask questions, however there may not be sufficient time to answer all questions that are submitted and, in this case, these will be answered after the meeting.
